Since its relaunch in 2023, the annual Gef 30 Under 30 campaign has become a cornerstone of the Isle of Man’s community, shining a light on young people making waves in their fields and inspiring others to dream big, with a range of exciting events, cross-platform media coverage, and networking opportunities for each year’s chosen 30 winners.

I developed the Gef 30 Under 30 rebrand and managed the annual campaign and winners’ event during my time as Head of Brand & Creative at Media Isle of Man. I touched every single part of the brand, including logo design and brand identity, creation of sales collateral and advertising, producing photo shoot and editing video, creating social media graphics and reels, organising event production and managing campaign rollout, designing event collateral and the signature trophies, all the way to hosting the award ceremony for hundreds of attendees and interviewing every single winner each year.

As one of the inaugural Gef 30 Under 30 winners myself way back when the campaign launched under its original owners in 2018, developing this brand for the next generation of talent on the Isle of Man has been one of my proudest achievements.
