Media Isle of Man, formerly Isle of Man Newspapers, is the island’s longest-standing provider of news, business and lifestyle content. Their popular community news channels have a growing multi-media audience across print, digital, social media and events, reaching 80% of the island’s population every month. An engaged digital audience across their popular local news websites generates an impressive 18 million page views per year across iomtoday.co.im and gef.im.

I developed the Media Isle of Man logo and brand identity during my time as the in-house Senior Graphic Designer, and then expanded on the execution of the branding across print, digital, and events in my time there as Head of Brand & Creative. Transitioning the brand from Isle of Man Newspapers into a new name reflective of their cross-channel presence has been an ongoing task, supported by a new brand guidelines document, full website design, many pieces of sales collateral, social media strategy and graphics, staff merchandise, and building the brand into every product and/or event the company produces.
